Is there a printed catalogue of all Crazy Factory products?
You'll find photos and descriptions of all our current products in our online shop. Our product range is constantly evolving, so a physical catalogue would never be up-to-date and that's why we're not going to produce one.
How do you manage to provide good quality at such low prices?
We're committed to providing top quality at fair prices. That's why our products are shipped to you straight from the manufacturing plant -there are no middle-men involved, who drive up prices. This enables us to offer great products at low and fair prices!
Are tunnels, plugs and earrings always sold as pairs?
Unless stated otherwise in the product description, you will always receive a single piece. Quantity 1 generally means that you will receive a single tunnel or plug. When items are sold as pairs, you will find this specified in their product description ("sold as a pair"). If you then choose Quantity 1, you will receive the item as a pair, e.g. two earrings.
Do you take orders for custom products?
Yes! With our product configuration toolDesign It!, you can print any design or image on flesh tunnels, plugs, fake plugs, button pins and even mobile phone cases for the latest models! Let the artist within you loose and try Design It! today!
ORDERING
Is there a minimum quantity or a minimum value for orders?
No, at Crazy Factory there is no minimum quantity or minimum value for orders, so you are free to choose how much you wish to spend. However, for all orders above $35.00, shipping is free!
Do you offer free samples?
No, we do not offer free samples.
Are there any charges payable for setting up a customer account?
To shop at Crazy Factory, you will need to register and set up a customer account. This is free of charge and entails no obligations on your part. You are free to cancel your registration at any time, of course also free of charge.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation e-mail. What went wrong?
For each order placed, we automatically send an e-mail to the address registered for you. If you have not received an e-mail, it may have ended up in your spam folder. If you've checked your spam folder and it still hasn't turned up, please get in touch with our support at info.en@crazy-factory.com
PAYMENT
Can I pay cash on delivery or purchase or via invoice?
We do not offer cash on delivery payment or purchase on account. For detailed information on all accepted payment types, please refer to the Payment and Shipping section.
Can I pay my order by installments?
At Crazy Factory, no minimum value is required for orders, so you can shop with us even if your funds are limited. We do however not offer payment by installments.
Can I still change my payment method once my order has been placed?
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation e-mail. What went wrong?
For each order placed, a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to the address you registered. If you did not receive our confirmation e-mail, it may have ended up in your spam folder. If you've checked your spam folder and it still hasn't turned up, please get in touch with our support at info.en@crazy-factory.com .
Will I get a discount for large orders?
We offer discounts for orders over USD 555.00. Please refer to our Discounts section for details.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
Usually, your Crazy Factory order should reach you within 10-15 business days. Please note: due to recent changes in customs regulations, some orders to destinations in the EU may be delayed by up to a week.
My Crazy Factory delivery hasn’t arrived yet. What can I do?
Usually, we send out your order the same day we receive payment. From that day, delivery will take 10-15 business days. (This is valid for destinations in the UK. Please allow for 10-15 business days if you order from the United States, New Zealand and Australia as well as other destinations outside of Europe.) If it takes longer, please contact our support (info.en@crazy-factory.com). They will check the details of your order and quickly find a solution for your problem. Do you deliver shipments to self-service parcel terminals?
We will be happy to ship your orders to a self-service terminal. In this case, please ensure that you've provided all the relevant details with your order:
- Name of recipient
- Recipient number
- Terminal number
- Postal code and city where the terminal is located
- Country
Do you offer express deliveries?
We do not offer express deliveries. Please check our Payment and Shipping section for details on shipping.
Will I have to pay duty charges on my order?
We will cover all applicable taxes and duties for most orders within the European Union. Please see the
payment and shipping page
for more details.
Important notice for customers from the Republic of Ireland:
Due to changes in Irish customs regulations, as a non-EU importer we are unable to handle VAT and customs for orders from the Republic of Ireland. Applicable charges will be levied at the port of destination, in addition to a processing fee of €3.50 separately collected by the postal agencies.
Do I have to be at home when my shipment is delivered?
Our shipments generally fit into a standard letterbox and you are not required to sign a delivery receipt. In most cases you don't need to be home to accept the shipment personally.
My order is intended as a gift. Can I get my parcel delivered on a specific date?
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange for shipments to be delivered on specific dates as deliveries are handled by external delivery company. In general, shipments are delivered within 10-15 business days after your payment has cleared. (This is valid for destinations in the UK. Please allow for 10-15 business days if you order from the United States, New Zealand and Australia, as well as other destinations outside of Europe.).
Can I buy products directly from the shipping centre in Düsseldorf?
We do not run a warehouse in Düsseldorf, so unfortunately this is not possible.
What do I need to pay attention to with regards to additional fees charged by postal agencies?
As of July 2021, the postal agencies of certain EU member states (Croatia, Poland, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Czech Republic, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia) are independently collecting surcharges for shipments from outside the EU. ("IOSS fees") These are unrelated to the actual shipping fees and, as a Swiss company, can be levied on our shipments as well. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the collection of these charges, as they are not collected by the postal companies until delivery. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to reimburse these costs. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the postal agency responsible for your shipment.

ACTION SHOTS
How long will it take until I receive the e-mail notifying me whether my photo was accepted or not?
All action shots are processed as quickly as possible, so you'll generally be notified within one working day on whether your photo will be added to the gallery or not. Please check our Action Shots section for more details.
My photo has been rejected. Can I enter a new one?
If your photo has not been accepted – e.g. because the jewellery is not clearly visible or you have submitted it in the wrong format – you will receive a notification and can then upload a new photo for the selected item. Please check our Action Shots section for more details.
Can I upload multiple photos for a single item?
For each item, we will only publish one Action Shot per person. This is also applies if you have bought multiple variations of this item (such as differing sizes). You can find more info on the Action Shots Page.
How long will it take for my photo to appear on the Crazy Factory website?
You will be able to see your photo on our website immediately upon receipt of our confirmation e-mail. Please check our Action Shots section for more details.
Will my name be published along with the image?
We publish your image on the product page. Your name will not appear anywhere on our website.
GETTING PIERCINGS DONE
Can I get piercings done by you?
To have piercings done, please find a professional piercing studio in your area. Crazy Factory does not offer piercing services. Please choose a piercer carefully and please make sure that she or he runs a hygienic and professional studio with up to date equipment. Piercings are awesome, but if done wrong, they can lead to injury!
Can you explain to me how to do a piercing myself?
You should get piercings done by qualified piercers only. Doing a piercing yourself entails severe health risks. Please consult a qualified piercing studio in your area - experienced experts will have the right equipment and make sure that the procedure is clean and safe.
CRAZY CASH POINTS
What are Crazy Cash Points?
Crazy Cash Points are our very own special rewards program, which allows you to save with every order! Each Crazy Cash Points is equivalent to one Euro-cent. Every time you shop at Crazy Factory, 5 percent of the value purchased will be credited to your account in Crazy Cash Points. On your njext order, you can redeem these and save! There are many other ways of collecting points, too. Please check ourCrazy Cash Pointssection for details.
How can I collect Crazy Cash Points?
First of all, for every order you place at Crazy Factory, we will credit 5 per cent of your order value (excluding shipping) to your account in Crazy Cash Points. To collect even more, you can participate in regular giveaways on the home page and email newsletter or follow our social media profiles such as Facebook or Instagram. Where can I view my points total?
Your Crazy Cash Points are displayed in your account under Crazy Cash Points. Just log in with your e-mail address and your password. To give you a better overview of the credit available to you for your next orders, your points are also shown in their monetary value.
How do I redeem Crazy Cash Points?
You can redeem as many Crazy Cash Points per order as you like - all in one go or a few at a time, completely up to you. To do so, enter the number of Crazy Cash Points you wish to redeem in your shopping cart and click on "Redeem". Please make sure you enter your points before clicking on "Submit Order". Crazy Cash Points cannot be redeemed retroactively after your order has been submitted.
Can I transfer Crazy Cash Points to friends or get our points combined?
Crazy Cash Points cannot be transferred to others. Any points you have collected can only be redeemed through your own account. This is why points collected on different accounts cannot be combined.
Can I get my points paid out in cash?
Crazy Cash Points cannot be paid out in cash. They can only be redeemed in the Crazy Factory shop.
Do I get Crazy Cash Points on shipping costs?
Every time you shop with Crazy Factory, 5 percent of the value purchased will be credited to your account as Crazy Cash Points. You can then redeem these on your next order. You will not earn Crazy Cash Points on shipping costs. And on all orders of $35.00or more, shipping is free anyway!

How can I reach you by phone?
We currently do not provide support by telephone, but you can always e-mail us at E-Mail . Our customer support will always be happy to help.
Is there a Crazy Factory shop in my city or nearby?
To keep our prices moderate, our products are sold exclusively through our online shop. There are no physical Crazy Factory shops.
Can I use pictures from your website for my own purposes, e.g. posting on Facebook or on my blog?
With our written consent, you may use our product photos unaltered for private, i.e. non-commercial purposes like blogs, websites, fan sites, social networks, etc. Their commercial use is not permitted. Please contact us at info.en@crazy-factory.com before using any of our photos. Any other photos from our website may not be used as this may infringe upon the models' rights to privacy.
Can I order tattoo supplies from your shop?
Our focus is on piercing and fashion jewellery and we do not sell tattoo supplies.
Can you link my personal website, my blog or my online shop to your site?
For organizational reasons, we cannot offer cross links, but will of course appreciate any reference to Crazy Factory on your site!
