Shipping

We usually send out your order on the same day we receive your payment. It then takes approx. 4-7 working days for our delivery to reach you. Please note: Shipments to the EU from third-party countries (which also affects us as a Swiss retailer) are unfortunately subject to a more complex import procedure since July 2021. This leads to an overload of customs authorities in some places and therefore individual deliveries to the EU can be delayed by up to one week. Important: You will of course not incur any additional hidden costs!

Free shipping on orders of 29.00 € or more

Orders of 29.00 € or more are shipped free of charge, worldwide! For smaller orders, shipping charges are 3.90 € - so you're better off ordering a little more.

VALUE ADDED TAX AND CUSTOMS INCLUDED FOR MOST E.U. ORDERS!

Within the European Union, no additional charges will be added as long as the order value is below a certain threshold, e.g. for Germany this would be €178,50. This value changes with your shipping address and is dependent on the local value added tax. We cover all charges up to that threshhold and will deliver straight to your address! Please refer to the table below for the exact values of customs and tax free deliveries:

All orders above this threshhold will be delivered to you from Switzerland and we will not handle customs or VAT for you (DAP shipment/net prices only). The total purchasing price will be reduced by the applicable VAT and you will be informed about this in the checkout. You are responsible yourself for importing the goods into the European Union and will be charged applicable taxes and customs duties.

As a result of legislative changes in the E.U., we are unable to import orders over these thresholds into the European Union for you as of 1st of July 2021.

ORDERS TO GREAT BRITAIN

As Great Britain has left the European Union (Brexit), please consider the following special circumstances: For orders up to £162 no further charges will be levied - we handle all customs and taxes for you.

All orders above this threshhold will be delivered to you from Switzerland and we will not handle customs or VAT for you (DAP shipment/net prices only). The total purchasing price will be reduced by the applicable VAT and you will be informed about this in the checkout. You are responsible yourself for importing the goods into the United Kingdom and will be charged applicable taxes and customs duties.

ORDERS TO IRELAND

Due to changes in Irish customs regulations, as a non-EU importer we are unable to handle VAT and customs for orders from the Republic of Ireland. Applicable charges will be levied at the port of destination, in addition to a processing fee of €3.50 separately collected by the postal agencies.

ORDERS TO SWITZERLAND

All orders destined for Switzerland are free of any further charges. Orders made in our webshop will not require payment of customs or VAT upon receipt of the order

ORDERS TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, Great Britain or Switzerland, please note the following: local charges such as taxes or customs dues may be levied upon importing your goods. Please request further information from your local authorities. Most customs offices and postal agencies offer information on e-commerce orders from abroad.
